Just curious. If her eyes are closed during surgery why would her eyes get dry from not blinking? Seems like it would be fine, as long as they are closed. Like when simply sleeping.
If they get dry eye from not being used during anesthesia during dental cleaning? And is there a way to restore dry eye like it was prior to surgery without treating with cyclosporin or other prescriptions that can cause other problems? Something more natural that slowly restores the tears back to normal?

They can get ulcers if their eye is dry for too long :(
