Sir, thank you for your very informative video. May I ask your help. I have a 4 door upright freezer with R404 refrigerant. I changed the filter dryer and capillary. I have another access valve before the filter dryer. Is it ok to charge liquid R404a before the filter dryer side or vapour on the low side? Thank you and more power.
Try it sir since that procedures are discussed in our refrigeration books. In walk in freezer/chiller we charge liquid in low side the reason is refrigerant goes easily into the system.

Yea sir can, just observe your txv. I've done that on our old walk in freeze lr w/o changing expansion valve and commercial refrigerator.
Great video. Question I have a freezer that calls for 24oz of r404a. Around what psi should a freezer be at.and do I need to charge in liquid or gas?
18 - 25 psi sir, and don't charge it in liquid unless your unit is walk in freezer and the compressor is between 5 -20 ton

@@THEMULTISKILLEDTECH thank you brother. Here an update I add the 24oz and it left me at 15psi the freezer got to the set temperature at -5 and shut down. I did notice a little frost built up once it hit -2° do you think I should add freon until it get to 18psi?
Use clamp meter too sir and try to reach the rated amps stated to the freezer label. Is your unit operated by digital control ?

I changed the compressor of open door freezer..I charged the gas 404a up to 20..But the temperature not reaching below 7°c ..I need below 0..Can you please tell the actual problem..And let me know the actual running pressure of refrigerant r404a

Best practice sir is follow manufacturer's recommendations sa unit nila. Mga chart available online are guides lang natin. May unit kaming r404a na 45, 60, 40, 25, 16 psi ang karga . Ang gulo di po ba? As what im saying, follow the manufacturer's recommendations
Sir what is the problem of freezer compressor which has moisture/cold on the top of compressor. What is the solution?

Try to add more refrigerant sir, just pay attention to your compressor amperage

Sir wala po kasi kaming water dispenser, pero watch ka ng video kung paano magkarga ng 134a sa ref, same po yan sa water dispenser. Charge mo ng 6 psi lang. Sa mga bago unit ay wala pa po yang access valve, need lagyan at hanapin ang leak kung naubos na freon nya sir.

R404 between 20-25 psi lang sir for freezer. Pwede ka din magbase sa ampere sir, before ka magcharge check Muna run capacitor if less than 80% n ng value nya change na.
If 1 HP change with 1 HP, if 3/4 HP, change with 3/4... Gaya ng sinabi ko sir base ka SA ampere at di ka maliligaw

Mga bitzer namin sir is 20 psi lang, pero ginawang 30 ng mga kasama ko sir. Pero better contact mga supplier nyo for warranty purposes sir

R410A should always in liquid charging, but for R404A not at all. In big system like cold rooms it needs to be charge in liquid for the reason of easily charging. But for small units like 4 door freezer, chest freezer .....no need.

My friend the best explaintion but i am working know on a coller like that one it was working with r134 freon on some one change it in to 404a compressor the system have a capillary i put in 25 to 30 psig of 404a an it not working the way it should can you give me some advice please god bless 👍

And in this gas is 404a I charged gas and its working good but becoming very hot after some and because of over load stops working
Plzzz tell how much gas i should charge at how much amps so the compressor will not get hot any more and cooling also be good
And I need temperature of that chiller from +1 to +3 range

Is your 3door chiller still have label sir? If so, a refrigerant in kilograms is stated therein. Over charging makes your compressor overheat and the overload will cut off the power to protect it.
In my description I write there our R404A charging pressure and our units are for commercial use.

We can't mix 2 types of refrigerant at the same time sir.
Why didn't we use liquid from the 404a tank
Don't refill if compressor is running, compressor pumps vapor not liquid.
So if it's a walkin freezer it could happen but a upright fridge no?
@@blingmotions6996 You can do liquid charging as long as compressor is in off mode. For both upright and cold room. Top up in walk in freezer using vapor is, it takes time ( R22, 234a .. vapor charging; R404a ... liquid charging) what ever freon you use, do it in liquid charging

For walk in freezer sir charge it with liquid in low side, if gas charging it will not go into the system. No advantage and disadvantages sir. Its normal that's what we do

R404a pressure for walk in freezer/chiller sir is 20 psi bitzer compressor sir. Cabinet or upright freezer pressure is between 20-25 psi sir.

Yes but bear in mind that 134a suit for medium/high temperature such as chiller while r404a for low temperature like freezer

Ang purpose nya is on and off nya po refrigerant flowing at ang supply nya is from compressor. If aandar ang compressor dapat magoopen Naman solenoid mo sir at pag nag off compressor dapat off din.
If good solenoid check mo run capacitor, filter drier, at expansion valve sir
