For those who dont have a baritone or want to spend a lot of money on one, look into the DigiTech Drop pedal. I use it all the time to drop my guitar's tuning down to low C on the fly for songs like this. So handy not having to swap guitars just one or two songs during a set
If you have an extra guitar laying around, you can buy 17-64 strings and tune it to B standard. It will have the same string tension as 9/10s at E standard
