I just had the nevro hfx put in my back. I kept messing with the settings and never could get it right. My wife said gimme the thing. She had it set right in ten seconds. Now the only pain I feel is from the staples in my back. I'm loving it.

Thank you for this video. I did the trial very successfully early November 2022. Implant is now scheduled for 01/26/2023. The hardest part of this process was being back in pain while waiting for Medicare‘s approval. I have been dealing with lower back Pain since 2007. Went through all the procedures you outlined. I am so looking forward to getting some quality of life back.

Hi Larry, I just had my permanent procedure for the spinal stimulation. What a world of difference! I agree that the hardest part was waiting with my pain for the permanent placement. But it was so worth it! Now that I have my permanent placement, I have zero pain! It’s as if I’ve turned the clock back 20 yrs before I got sick with my health issues. I truly wish you a successful surgery and recovery!

Please mention that they can shift, fall away dislodge and thus lose their effectiveness or cause severe injury by mandating multiple corrective surgeries

Mine has moved over my spine. My stomach started having cramps, every 30 seconds severe pain. Then the pain started moving randomly around. I was seen in our emergency hospital. Cat scan, x ray, labs and finally an rx for valuing. I was beside myself. A week later it started all over again. I tolerated it by meds till I couldn't anymore. Totally unbearable. I turned off my spinal cord stimulator . Next day pain was gone. I put 2 and 2 together. Called my surgeon. I was advised to leave it off and go to the hospital for an xray. Sure enough it moved clean over my spine. I'm waiting to see the surgeon. I'm in horrible pain . How does the next one get implanted and what keeps it from moving again?

I did the trial after day one it was wonderful day was awful. But they said it would be. Makes sense because this is nerves they are messing with, and I have had the real one put in on the 20 th of august today is the 30 august. I go see surgeon today and get the stitches out they itch. It has been a rough time with the with this one the pain at the t 8 site has been bad but that two is getting better. Just a matter of time and rehab effort.

They need to do a better psychological evals. My mom, well lets just say she has so many solid signs of Dementia and me filming her to back it up and Dr just said to her you have severe cognitive issues and passed her to get the spine stimulator. If I told the things here that are apparent you might be shocked considering the information I am getting here. The Dr that did my eval didn't say anything other than, I see you answered all the questions and everything looks fine and that was it! I go in 4 days to get mine. My mothers had to be rescheduled. I'm so worried and frustrated at the same time for her.
