It’s so tempting that uncle Lee & wife finished the whole box of roast pork while they were in their car driving home which was supposed to bring home to eat so you can imagine how tasty the roast pork that they couldn’t stop eating! Haha!

Price same as Australia price. Isn’t this expensive for Malaysia? I thought everything in Malaysia cheaper but I notice your seafood videos and roast pork is same as Australia or more expensive. We are coming to Malaysia on July 18 and eat until Aug 10. Will need to bring more money if food expensive. Thank you Uncle Lee!
There are a lot of price points for same type of food 🍲 in Malaysia 🇲🇾. Depends on where you eat it, the environment of the establishment, the quality, etc.
You can have a RM3 coffee ☕️ in a coffee shop or you can have a RM15-20 💴 coffee in a cafe.
Inflation in Malaysia is quite high these days so prices have gone up quite a lot.
Seafood in Sabah especially in Sandakan is cheap but not in KL. So it really depends where you go.
We have a saying here … cheap no good, good no cheap!

First of all, thanks for watching. I don't plan to do a "best siew yoke" video. Reason is because every stall / shop has siew yoke that taste different from each other and a lot of them are good.
If I remember correctly, I have already done 3 videos on siew yoke and they are all different.
The one in Pudu is nice but they only have belly siew yoke and the guy cut off all the burnt parts...which I like very much as it is very fragrant. And it doesn't taste like any other siew yoke that I ate in the past. 👇

The one in Sri Petaling, can choose to eat any part of the pig and super delicious and I will go back anytime! But they only sell it once a week and only on Wednesdays and gone in less than 1 hour!
And then there's another roadside stall in Puchong which is also very good...and it tastes different from both the Pudu and Sri Petaling ones. 👇

Honestly I prefer this. Wong Mei Kee cut away all the burnt parts… but this has some burnt parts remaining and it’s so fragrant! 👹🤣🤤

According to Braxton, their main business is to sell whole roast pig. The 3 days a week at the different locations is to allow their customers to sample their roast pork first before they place their orders for whole pigs.
