Barry Chiang Wondering the same thing. i am quite sensitive to energy and sounds and have listened to other 'simultaneous' solfeggio frequencies videos other than this one and i don't seem to be benefitting from it as i would a single frequency. Maybe i need to give it more time(?) Some videos feel amazing right away (single frequency) but the simultaneous thing doesn't seem to give me that feeling of wellbeing.
