This is 2nd hand, and the headphones included is not original but yes, they do have headset included. I can't say anything about the brand new ones tho.

Yes it does I have mine for almost 5 years now and it still works perfectly fine. The battery lasts for like 7 hours when I constantly use it but when I don’t use it that much it can still last a whole day after 5 years.

Usually iphones last a long time :) My sister's iPhone 5s is over 6 years old an and it was handed down to my little sister and she's still using it :D

It's okay if you don't use too many apps. But if you do + you take lots of videos/photos, it's never enough.
