How long and wide is the the white paper? If you can get to me asap for a project

The white paper is 1cm short from each side to the Red paper size.
For example: If my red paper is a size of some greeting card ie 29 cm length x 14.5 cm width. Than my white paper should be 27 cm length X 12.5 cm width. Hopefully it helped!
