Incredible how you completely nailed the analysis on the first song, down to the thematic undertone of the overbearing and abusive parent-child relationship.
I love how Albina's section sound more elegant and almost have an innocent and naive air to it, and Callisto's section sound extremely dramatic and also utilizes the Beethoven leitmotif representing how his art has fallen behind in time, this song fits both characters so well
Albina, despite being twisted to the core by Callisto's teachings, is ultimately a lonely girl who only wants to make friends even though she don't know how to do it, who grew so attached to her own artwork because she has no one else to give her that affection
Callisto, desperately wanting someone to understand and critic his outdated artwork, unintentionally raised Albina to be a copy of himself, without her own artistic directions
Fun fact: They are the only apprentice/nursefather pair to share the exact same panic type

During these fights we now are fight both apprentices but now their masters. The first song being dedicated the Valencina, a war veteran of the smoke war and part of the thumb syndicate. The second being calisto who is a maestro of the ring syndicate who is an artist That makes his art using corpses which he can control.
I feel like it's worth mentioning that both of them have been either demoted or straight up kicked out of the syndicates they're a part of. If you look at the tags for Valencina, "Sottocapo" and "Le Sette Famiglie" and stroked out, and Callisto has "Maestro" stroked out.
I do find it interesting that while with Valencina Vergilius mentioned how she was forsaken by her own family, neither Callisto nor Albina ever mentioned that he was kicked out (unless I'm misremembering). In fact, Albina continues to call Callisto "Maestro" even if he isn't a Maestro anymore.
@eggardman Valencina got kicked out of her Bognatelli Famiglie because she got demoted from her sottocapo position after just 3 days, while Callisto may be kicked out of the Ring due to Corporism being an outmoded art movement
Few names are remembered in the City. After all, Stars rise and fall like the tides, challengers and old dogs battling it out day by day, their struggles almost never preserved as greater stories stifle them. There are, however, some exceptions to this rule. The Smoke War was a brutal era in the City, with several Wings and Fingers preparing their arsenals for total annihilation, and amongst the big shots of the time, was a single Capo of the Thumb. Valencina, belonging to a proud lineage of Capos and Sottocapos, one of the slayers of G Corp’s pest weaponry who burnt away her enemies and crushed their limbs with her rifle butt. Eyes poised for another round, blasting against the carapace of men turned insects. However, not all good things happen to last; Valencina’s time in the Smoke War would end, and she would eventually come to be expelled from the Thumb due to an event no longer known to anyone except her; only 3 days after her promotion to Sottocapo. Only her blade which uses bullets to accelerate her strikes and her ever-calculating Eye were left to be her property. Those old glories still lie with her everyday, and as her gaze turns towards her potential return, Valencina, as the Thumb Nursefather, will do what it takes to get her position as Sottocapo back.
The Ring is a Finger of great artistic renown, remembered amongst City Feathers for their utter brutality and macabre style of art. Despite the lack of shame within their ranks, some students of the Ring fail to make the cut, usually becoming the medium for another student’s painting or sculpture. Callisto, however, is an unusual case. Had he attained a greater understanding and appreciation of the various art movements of the Ring, perhaps he could have become a Maestro of his own. Alas, he has delved too far into his craft, becoming so desperate for appreciation that he raised Ryoshu and even his own Apprentice, Albina, into developing their own crafts to eventually critique and nurture his skills. Both efforts ended in failure: Ryoshu could barely care about his art, to the point that when she laid waste to the Nursefathers before retreating into the night, using her unsheathed memory-erasing blade which targets her most precious memories first, her disgust for Callisto’s artistic expression would be one of the few memories remaining. Albina, on the other hand, would carve herself to be an imitation of Callisto, failing to become a peer to him and instead being an Apprentice who only wished for the warmth of friendship that she never felt.

It's neat to revisit these songs when I'm not fighting for my fucking life. I remember thinking "hey this sounds neat" when I was experiencing it, but my lizard brain had mostly taken over managing the funny numbers by then.
I hope sometime we can bully you into checking out a few Ruina songs! The Ruina versions of "First Warning" and "Second Warning" are some of my favorite tracks from the pmoon verse. Maybe I'm just a sucker for glockenspiel breakcore.
Kind of a shame that you didn't look at their sprites. The two apprentices have slightly different sprites in these fights, and the nursefathers should get some love too.

Vague context for the songs in their switch-ups:
The first song is a rematch with Lucio, much more battered and bruised after the first encounter. Halfway through the fight while your mentor fights Lucio's teacher, Valencina, he boots her in the fight with you and suddenly shit goes from "Fairly easy" to "Batshit insane" really quickly. Valencina fights just like Lucio, only miles better, fresher, and hits way harder.
The second song is a rematch against Albina, but like above, halfway through it her teacher Callisto literally walks into the fight and decides to give you a live tour of the art gallery with you as the main piece, scattered pretty much all over the floor.
Valencina and Callisto are less adjacent to an actual fight and more similar to a powerscaling tool, the fight oriented less towards fighting them and more towards having the teacher fall face-first into your more prepared team members.
Probably my favorite OST from the whole canto, that tragic Mariachi vibe taking on after the cowboy whistle on the 2nd part is perfection.
I'm so glad that you're going to even the track extensions, for a little added context to what you already know, these fights involve you fighting against the "nursefathers" when you get their apprentice low enough, so for example when that first extension you listened to kicks in, Valencina the Thumb Nursefather joins up with her Apprentice Lucio, along with a strong ally of ours that had been fighting her named Vergillius the Red Gaze, a color title that represents the strongest in the city (project moons verse), and it turns the fight into a support mission where you take down Lucio while also supporting Vergillius in his pursuit to kill Valencina.
Vergilius didn’t need support bro he was NOT letting Charon’s kidnapping slide 😭

Also some people have mentioned Library of Ruina which is a game Limbus Company is the sequel of. It lacks some of the more traditional boss themes but 'Roland' and 'Angela' are definitely up there

Really nice to see some more Limbus on the channel. The final song of the Canto (after Saikai) is Pass On, a music that plays in the ending credits of each canto, being sung by the main character of the respective Canto
not gonna lie it would be really helpful if you reacted to the fights along with the themes. It would be more enjoyable as well
