I hate how they dance so outstanding, while I'm here, dancing like a bear.
You see dance becoming a part of a dancer's life. You see technique, elegance, and the basic "wow" factor. This man right here shows you his life in his choreography, where every single movement is wired to an emotion. You just feel it. THIS, right here, man, is something you will never find anywhere else.

Personally, I don't see anything wrong with a choreographer not changing style. Some choreographers do change or try different things, some don't, but the best part is that all these successful dancers stay true to what they do best. As long as he still inspires other dancers, shares knowledge, acknowledges other dancers' crafts, and entertains, I think he's doing a great job and doesn't deserve to be critiqued by anyone but his close peers, dance judges, or himself.
Don't get me wrong tho I'm not trying to offend you or anything. Just throwing my personal opinion out there and hope you could try to see it the same way others and I see :) it's a "take it or leave it" kind of thing
