get the 3 legendary swords, get them from the legendary swords dealer, the manager in cafe can tell you when he spawned, then talk to the Mysterious guy I greenzone, at the highest plant

I got it when I was lvl 1700
Ttk is actually ez to get i got it all in one day all swords and masterd them in a day its just got a bad reputation for being hard when its not
