What does it mean to be an old soul? I saw a video just before this where a man had a near death experience, yet he made it clear to not take life seriously because it is nearly like "play". The play reference isn't anything that I agree with because there is way more value about life, something more felt than explained. But if resonating with an old soul explains some of the characteristics I have, what do I gain if I'm not living a wild and fun life? Although I don't agree with everything that goes on in life, what some would call "social norms" they seem to understand something a little bit differently than I do.
