Even if it isn't what you prefer personally, there is always someone who likes it! I have only recently started watching your channel and this is the first time I saw you using a serrated knife and was curious about this. I was always taught this was the best for bread but didn't know if it was a US preference.
I really enjoyed the 2 videos on your bread making, that I looked at so far. Watching your hands do the work at just the right pace is great, and not hearing a bunch of talking really helps! Is wheat flour the only one to use? I can't wait to try your recipes, Thank You from USA!
