It's actually nice to see someone that is making it work with food stamps. I'm 71 years old and on a limited income so I also get food stamps. I'm not ashamed that I have to use them. I do make them go far enough to last the month by meal planning. I also make big batches of some things to eat as leftovers and freeze. I'm talking about goulash, chili, spaghetti , and meals like that. I also make my own hamburger helper. I buy in bulk and repackage it for myself. God bless you and your family.
I always get the can of tomato paste. I also buy almost everything in the Walmart brand (Great Value) because you can save so much more money. My pantry looks like Great Value.
You can use what you need out of that can of tomato paste & put the rest in a small container & freeze. When you need it again just thaw in your refrigerator.
I would do a big bag of white rice , a big bag of cereal aslo some, sugar for tue cereal and sugar as well. , and also i would get the 1.00 tv dinners . And a lot of spaghetti o 's and raviolis in the can and Applesauce pouches. And the cheapest tomato sauce and noodles 4 of each. And waters gallons x2 and also i would get a big thing of butter ❤.
Hi Naomie!! I think I'm gonna do ham & roast beef for my meats for Thanksgiving. I think what you got will last a week. A tip to save a little money is to buy regular chicken thighs and take the skin off & debone them yourself. It's usually 1/2 the price per pound. Do you make homeade Chili Macaroni? If you don't it's very easy. You make your pot of chili, definitely no beans, make your macaroni and mix the 2. Add some velveeta & or American cheese to your liking. That generally last a few days. You could make 1/2 grilled cheese with the ramen noodles for a meal. If you have left over chicken you can cut it up and put it in the ramen noodles. The same with hamburger in the beef noodles.
Hello 👋🏾 okay I will buy that next time 🥰💖 your meats for thanksgiving sounds delicious. Yes I will be making chili this month 🥰💖 thank you for the suggestions
Hey sis, make your own chili. You have the ground beef and the tomato sauce. Make your own chili next time and also makes most sausage on hotdog buns with chili.
The hustle continues, girl! Love the resourcefulness. Walmart and HEB definitely seem to be the best for food stamps variety. I know Aldi can be hit or miss with accepting WIC so always gotta get those deals when you can. Happy Halloween! And all the best. 🙌🎃🍫
Yesss I totally agree 🥰💖💖💖 yes you are absolutely right . I’ll be glad when Aldi do start accepting WIC lol . Happy Halloween 😊 see you in the next video 🥰❤️❤️❤️
Hello Naomi, I Am Enjoying Your Walmart Video. Just A Suggestion But I Would Make Homemade Chili. make A large Batch And Use What You Need And Freeze The Rest For Another Time. Also You Can Use The 2 Tablespoons Of Tomato Paste. And Measure Out What's Left And Date And Freeze It For Another Recipe. It Freezes Well. So Does The Chili. Well, Your Grocery Haul Looks Very Good. The Lasagna Soup Sounds Delicious 😋😋😋😋. God Bless You And Your Family Too. 😋😋😋👍👍👍✌️✌️✌️🙏🙏🙏
Hello 👋🏾 🥰💖 yess I will make that this month with some cornbread because we like chili . Okay I will do that 🥰💖 thanks so much for always supporting. May God continue to bless you too 🥰💖💖
I saw you pick up the chili and immediately thought about chili cheese dogs and french fries 😋 A large pot of homemade chili stretches a lot further especially if you don't want beans in it. Another good meal that stretches is green beans with beef smoked sausage and potatoes 😋
Yess we eating chili cheese dogs with the chili. I definitely will be making chili this month . I’ll have to try that meal. Thank you for the suggestion 🥰💖💖

Thanks so much 🥰❤️❤️❤️ I agree with you on the price of the slippers . I’m gonna wait to see if they put it on clearance for $9.99 hopefully . Don’t feel bad at all you gotta look out for you and your family in your household first before anyone else. Yess I like to budget mine to stretch thru the month so I don’t spend it all in one day 🥰💖💖💖
i stay away from high sodium it makes me bloated. I try to get as many fruits and vegetables as possible. That tube tomato paste has to be cooked until dark red for the flavor. Hallelujah
Yess i understand. I will be getting more fruit and veggies in a few days , right now i was focused on meals for the week plus i had frozen veggies in my freezer . Oh okay thank you for telling me . Glad I got the can instead of the tube 🥰💖💖💖
Just a suggestion you can get a lot more for your money if you get the thighs with the bone in and skin on and debone and pull the skin off yourself. That’s what I do and it saves me a few bucks.
The goodwill stores in my area don’t have good items . I would have to go further out to find nice good things at a goodwill or another thrift store. I do want to go to a thrift store soon though
$15.58 for a whole turkey. Wow. We don't have turkey in New Zealand as it's too expensive. It's available frozen in a box deboned at Christmas time. I love turkey but we just don't have it. 😢😢😢
