Embodiment: the practice of being tuned into our bodies in this way to inform how we move through the world - is one that is being seen and alluded to more and more in wider society. But what is it, and why is it important in social change work? How can it help us to be the changemakers we want to be - whether that’s as coaches, or purely just as humans?
