Love the live feed. I can’t make it up this year so I’m living vicariously through your feed! I do head to Astoria next week for a month of Columbia River fishing though!
Reuben, we would love to bring our daughters and granddaughter down to fish when we come up next year!! We did really well this year, but the combat fishing get's a little tough with the little ones!
Yes, I hear you. It is tough with little ones to be combat fishing. My place is private for me and my family mainly, thanks for asking though and wanting to fish at my place.
@@YoutubinReuben Appreciate your consideration. Love watching your videos, always on the look for other access, so never hurts to at least ask. Big fans of your channel. We will be up there most of the summer next year once our cabin is finished!
Great live... watching from slc... been 7 years since I flossed the keni, big time jealous. Down the bank from where you are flossing you can see the current seam coming in towards those pines. The fish like to cut the corners on the inside bend to save energy this concentrates them in a smaller area and increases hook ups. 190k in 1 day on the counter. Wow. Bet there were a lot of sore knees from the reds banging knees all day.
The first fish in the video, 0:51 looks like it was a snag on the belly. Im not sure if youve read the regulations, but thats not a keeper. I would sure hope an Alaska State Trooper isnt watching. Becuase youve just flimed yourself in an act of crime and posted it onto youtube.

Please let me know how your fishing experience is on the Columbia river.

Oh ya how interesting.
A great way to start off the day! Nice red!
You got that right!
I love to fish!!
Looks like you've got your snagging technique down. In Michigan you would get a ticket in about 10 minutes.
I hear you.
It’s probably legal .
It’s called flossing reds don’t eat anything but krill so you floss the line through the mouth
It's fly snagging fir reds, sockeye. There now more kings do to over fishing.
I hear you thanks for sharing.
I’ll bet the next one. 😂
Is this a public spot or private access?
This is a private spot that I am fishing on. It is my spot I own it. It’s my little heaven.
Hello I watch some of your videos, I live in Ireland and would like to come over and fish can you point me in the right direction, or help me
Yes I can
That's not fishing that's flossing

Yes I released them when I snacked them.
@@YoutubinReuben just seen on the video you smacked that one you snagged on the head, and keep it.
That’s not fishing
That’s down right flossing lol
Yes you are right this is flossing.
It's flossing..but it's still fishing. He pulls fish out of the water just the same as you..probably more than you
