Honestly speaking guys don’t go without inspection Caz me n my husband just bought house in United States we have been looking for house since 6 to 7 months n finally we got it It takes time but as always I learnt from u guys hope for the best
Don’t go for older condo as the maintenance fees keeps on going up and when you decide to upgrade to a bigger place you will have difficulties selling it.
