So it tells me I can modify it at a certain mod shop, but I can’t mod it at any shop 😐

At this point I think it was just a text placement error. I tried all possible options to mod cars. Avenger, MOC, arena etc and I just can’t.

@@chrishudson25 i think they might fix this vehicle to be personal in drip feed? not sure. but i really wanted this riot truck to be personal which as usual ends up being a pegasus. :C

It's only in properties you own. Presumably the agency, arena or mod shop
