- A distinguished collegiate & high school running track system for high traffic facilities
This impermeable running track surface is comprised of graded, black SBR rubber granules bound together with a mono component polyurethane binder. The top surface layer is a composition of colored EPDM granules and similarly colored two-component polyurethane or spray special colorful spray-coat material mix with EPDM rubber.
The layout, track lines and event markings are in accordance with the latest edition of the IAAF rules and regulations.

@@hashimmohammed4285 the running track subbase should have drainage sytem design inside and drainage angle 1% maixium .and subbase quality is very important
Jesus Christ you guys need to update your process. You waste a crazy amount of man hours. Pore sealer can be done with metal and or rubber squeegees. 5 guys can do the oval in a 8 hour day easy. 3 guys running squeegees, 1 guy at mix station using a 5:1 A:B mix into a 35 gallon PvC trash can. Material is then run out to squeegee guys (we use a golf cart) it gets dumped then guy goes back for more. Why have 8 guys squatting for 10 times as long. I understand labor costs are wayyyy cheaper than in the US but Jesus. And buy concrete Buggies to dump with. You can spray the buggies beforehand down with “Stoner” brand polyurethane mold release liquid. The stuff works for everything! We use an SMG Mixmatic For pave rubber, ELayer (stone mix). We then couple that with SMG 2 component pump (Auxillary pump) which coMines the A (pore seal or self leveler for broadcast) and the B. You calibrate it before hand by volume or weight then just press a button all day. sMg has a RUclips page. Check it out. It’s very expensive but well worth it.
