You've already stated that this pond is going to be temporary, so no sand.
When you get back and put more rock structure in the pond. Maybe the emperor snapper will settle down a bit. Especially if you're placing the rock structures in a way to break up as much of the line of sight as possible.
It would be EPICALLY SICK to add a "Boxfish" (Aka "Cowfish") to the outdoor saltwater pond.

Emperor snapper is the cutest thing I’ve ever seen with his head sticking out of the water waiting for his food. Second most cutest thing ever is the shark standing on his Littles stump fins like little arms.😂
I went to my local Petco and I saw that they had some freshwater leopard puffers that needed brackish water as they become an adult. I got them and I put them in with my community and they terrorized everything. So I gave them their own tank and they ate two chocolate chip starfish two knight gobies a snowflake eel and terrorized $500 worth of clownfish to death so I got a valentini puffer and I got a tri spot puffer both are Toby's and they have become friends now in that tank I have one night goby I started with three one engineer goby the two Toby puffers and two leopard puffers and that's all I can put in his tank nothing is safe with a spotted or leopard puffer
Maybe you can move the snapper to the pond outside with Charizard at Jack's place
Also would love to see more rock and caves in the future ponds for the bois~

That chocolate chip starfish will eat that urchin given the opportunity. Anthias need to be kept in harems. You will have problems if those are both males
