Suguha hamon on the broad blade looks badass. Agree the kashira is minor, easy fix. Converted the distal taper, 7.6mm to 3.8mm is tons of distal! Could see that really helping offset the extra width. Glad you're testing this, been cool to see
really nice wide blade profile 🙌 I had to fix the same problem a few weeks ago with the kashira lol just dabbed a matchstick in there a few times with the gorilla glue and it's sorted now, that stuff really expands and locks it down well👍
More help as I narrow down my choices. Thanks! That wide blade kinda speaks to me. The Fukyo was pretty sweet too. Lol, I'd have hard drives full of failed starts if I didn't delete them...
The Fukyo is an awesome sword. Came extremely sharp (sharpest one in recent memory) , had real silk ito, and the tsuka was shaped perfectly. Only real complaints I had was it was The instead of DH and I like to have a Hamon. The Swordier is very unique (not many XL style blades outside of Hanwei) is DH but wasn't nearly as sharp as the Fukyo, however the wide profile almost makes up for it (almost). Oh dude, I tried making this vid at least 20.times lol. @nerdymetaldude

What’s the POB? That looked like horn on the saya? Usually plastic is just round not shaped i thought?
