    This has way too few views. *Thank you so much for walking through step by step the symptom and test process.*
    I learned from this that the rebound is probably off on my friend's bike (we were out trying to tune it last weekend).
    We softened it to euphoric-amazing for hard pack with few and small bumps. But then it was barely ridable on whoops. We stiffened it to rideable there, but stopped about where you started playing with rebound. (it was very hot out, so we were at a need to stop point anyway, but now we have a game plan for next time out)

      Testing and experimentation (and knowledge) is the only way to set it up perfectly for different situations.

    Your explanation was excellent. But unfortunately, I am weak in English. Please briefly explain what is the difference between the upper and lower settings of the springs? Is the lower setting of the spring to change the return time of the spring? And are the above settings to change the softness and hardness of the spring?
