Started using this NPC pack from the github and I gotta say it's probably been one of my favorite NPC packs in a while. Can't wait to see Gene Worm and Tor finished, as well as some other NPCs I see audio for in the files that have yet to be added. Keep up the good work!

I like half-life HECU grunts more than opposing force ones. You look at opposing force HECU and they're all like "Go recon! I'm glad yo see another man in uniform!" and then you look at HL1 grunts and they're all yelling "ASS" over and over again.
Can you also give us a reason?

I like the hecu because of their models and vehicles. I started to like them because of a fight scene in black mesa hecu vs xenians involving a alien aircraft and a tank and now im trying to recreate it
I love the goldsrc style construct map, where could I find it?
It's a addon on the workshop, contains goldsrc styled for both construct & flatgrass, the author is Lily. Should be easy to find it, he makes a lot of goldsrc styled maps, so check his profile out if you are looking for this style!

Oh something I meant to ask about the Human Sergeant is if his jumping down animation is used?, if not, a way I think it could be implemented is that if he is above the player (like on a balcony), but the player is out of his weapon's range but still in his view or agro range, he jumps down and follows the player until the player is back in attacking range, this could be similar to a grunt throwing a grenade to get the player out of cover.

This is mind blowing. Do you think it'll eventually be possible for player controlled grunts to still utter voicelines when idling and when chasing someone?

Hey vrej i have a problem with vj base the npc moves and run away but won't attack me i have disable thinking off and ignore player off and in the console it says IsMoving ( a Nit value)

Just out of curiosity why does grunts always talk so slow in Source games. But so fast in GoldSrc.
You would have to ask Valve why they chose that design, it is interesting though
The source one has a pretty barebones speech system for the HECU, MarphitimusBlackimus has a video on how HECUs talk in OG HL, and they have speed and pitch modifiers ruclips.net/video/YfoTP0Yyidk/видео.html

If you have half life source mounted are they gonna attack you mod’s npcs?
They should all properly be allied to their respective faction, but there isn't any reason to use HL:S as we have made every single NPC that comes with it and 10x more lol
