I sent you a video and it didn't show you enough to help me ,but l figured my problem out. I had to move further back on the approach, and take longer steps and that was my issue. Now l have a smoother release ,and more speed on the ball.
Glad you were able to find a fix. That’s why it’s worth taking video of your bowling delivery. It makes you look at what you’re doing from a different perspective
Try fixing your timing. Your sneeze was a bit off. Also, you should practice having your cap knocked off with a sneeze. This will result in more power.
