Sir I have one doubt india gives to loan bhutan country is negative but again they repay the money with in few months or years by this india don't lose money then how will we say it is negative for us

it's recorded as a negative entry when the money flows out.....when the money comes back, it's recorded as a positive entry....2 different transactions.....
