@@engineermd But operating cost is high and repair maintenance is difficult in VRF system specially to trace out refrigerant leakages compared to Air cooled Chiller system. Additionally life cycle of VRF is about 10-15 years with low CFM per TR . Considering these factors I think Chiller system is economical, reliable and feasible system. What u think. Above all is my search in this topic.

@@engineermd Sir that is case only in Hear recovery type of VRF system. What about Heat pump type which has same heating and cooling function as Chiller system. I want to know main reasons of lower life span of VRF system as compared to chiller system of same cooling capacity and type in highrisebuildings. Sir please guide me. Thanks.
