I absolutely love these two girls! Their music is so inspirational and touching, to me, atleast. I love the harmonies and simple guitar parts, with the difficult vocals. It just, idk, sounds SO good. =]
"They" weren't "perving" over the male officer, it was just Tegan. She had to deal with the police after their house was broken into, and she happened to walk in on the burglar. Tegan was crying hysterically to the male cop, then she calmed down. The butch female cop shows up and Tegan starts bawling again (for attention). They both are totally gay, but this was an old story, and they were not so open about their sexuality at this time.

also: its so crazy to see them without their tattoos. i think you can see Tegan's "goddess" tattoo on her upper-arm though? anyone else see it or am i crazy?
ok i have a live version of a song they did, and they tell a story before. if they are lesbian then how come in this story they were perving over a male police officer, and when a butch woman officer shows up they run scared??? im confused!

This song, although easy to play in theory, kills your arm after awhile with all that downward strumming, haha. It seems like all their songs have fast-strumming patterns.... Oy! I like to learn their songs anyway.
