No MBTI isn’t “dead on” & is considered an unreliable psychological instrument as many psychologists will tell you how unreliable & inaccurate MBTI really is & a 10 to 15 minute test isn’t going to exactly tell you who you are. Also with Mbti blowing up in Korea these past 2 years with millennials & gen z has been crazy as it’s being used to judge/discriminate others based on their personality type instead of actually getting to know a person & it’s been reported certain jobs in Korea are only hiring you if you have a certain personality type & will have you write your MBTI on job applications.
