Agreed pankh is something revolutionary, I haven't heard song about such topic in mainstream indian music that's why I like dhh artists.

It's not only Talha Anjum, there are more underrated pak artists like him. Like Talha Yunus, Nabeel Akbar, JJ47, Taimur Baig etc. These artists are just off-the-charts in writing. Lyrically so strong.
Faris Shafi is low key the best and really underrated imo

@@mtk3755 that's the thing about perspectives. Faris is heavily inspired by Eminem and the fewest among those who almost perfectly imitates Em's flow switching abilities, rhyming etc etc. And there's nothing wrong about that, because others can't even stand close to Faris. Only EPR, V & ANJUM can.

Bollywood specially (kk,sonu nigam,Arijit,armaan,jubin, darshan,Atif alsam ,mohit chauhan-all these are my childhood fav.legends i will still choose them) over hip hop ,but hip hop helps lot in adulting fase of my life.
Tbh id choose good hip hop over bollywood legend stuff. Why because even though legend singers are better in singing skill but because they didn't write it themselves it creates a disconnect plus the writing of those songs is very similar just same romantic aashiqui stuff (mostly). I used to prefer that but good dhh artists and music is much better. I'd say I will prefer indie over such bollywood stuff. Even if indie artists are not hip hop ones.

Actually you got a nice point. Some dhh listeners think that jo rappers gaano mein zyada slangs & abusive words use karte hai, they are from street & that's the real Hiphop. But dekha jaaye to overall unke gaano mein slangs k alawa aur kuch nhi hota.

I'm a HIP-HOP head and you are right there that some people think ki HIP-HOP is strong due to cuss words but nhi It is Strong and Revolutionary because of its realness. Aur yo songs real revolutionary hote hai unme kisi sahi hip-hop fan ka gaali pe dhyaan hi nhi jayega, message pe jayega. Baki flex and all is also part of HIP-HOP, there is nothing wrong with it. But it is absolutely ok if one doesn't have taste in that.

Emiway and divine mastered all genres of hip hop and kr$na can't make commercial track if it is so easy but divine and emiway can make songs like kr$na thats the difference between ogs

Hey man, what an entertaining video. Lovely I Just want to make clear that I'm not a hardcore Hip Hop fan, but I love its history and its revolutionary nature.
Genre Hip Hop gained popularity in the 70s. It is assumed to be one of the most expressive art forms. The reason there is a lot of aggression, usage of curse words and self-centered lyrics is because Blacks were always persecuted. Arts forms became their expression, some used blues to play away their sadness some used jazz to be happy. And in hip hop you can clearly see why now everything make sense. It is because it was formed in the mids of chaos. There's a lot of emotions attached and passed on to the generations.
Hip-hop is not only about social commentary there are multiple sub genres in it.
Krsna is basically known as lyrical rapper ..
