That brush cutter is sweet! We have a little DR walk behind that will leave you whooped at the end of the day. Didn't even realize they made the four wheeler attachment like that on the front
That’s a cool mower! For the price I would get an old diesel tractor with a bushhog but that’s just me. That mower does look easier to spot big stuff you don’t wanna hit and won’t feel as sketchy on steep hillsides which is a big plus.
Really love that you are sharing your journey. Couple of observations. First is that you are really good about NOT sharing your relationship stresses. So many people use social media to just blather about every little thing in their lives. As someone who's been married more than 40 years, I know the power of showing the world a united front! You guys are clearly on the same team, Good Work! Second, going back many videos, the one thing that would really bother me about your current situation is not having a well. Not sure I could take the uncertainty of living off a cistern. But ya'll seem to do just fine! Rock on!
How cool is that machine. Takes care of what you need in a small amount of time. You guys are fearless. I love that. And with such a great attitude. You are so much fun to watch. I feel like I am living that life thru you. If I was younger and my husband too it would be a fun challenge . We are too old now my husband is 80 and very active and I am 68 pretty soon here. Too old to start a life like yours. But fun to watch yours unfold. Glad you took some time to go and have fun at the beach. Take care see you next time.
In Finland, from what I understand they do everything over there on their ATV/UTV's. They have a snowblower attachment as well from another company there. If you get snow, this might be an option for you.
Jerry and Lisa from Tennessee told me about you guys! Love the content watching you guys from New Hampshire, Jerry and Lisa just came to surprise us with a visit!
There’s a comment somewhere in there about someone’s lack of measurement gauge but I will keep it YT friendly. 😂😂 What a great tool for you guys and you will use it wisely and effectively. Love ya and stay safe.
What a time saver. If you put some pancake syrup on those stumps the ants will get rid of them for you. Keep loving what your both doing. One piece at a time.
Q: Would be normal ants or white ants??? I do have a huge stump and we had wite ant in it had to be treated. Now no white ants and I do not want them to come back.
I suggest just getting two turnbuckles and install on both front bottom, swing arms and frame with no weight on the suspension front. Install and tighten booth sides hooking each side of the turn buckles with hooks on both asides tighten up center& tighten the locking bolts. Works great and can be adjusted to what ever the extra weight is to stiffening up and locking the swing arms from sagging but there's a sacrifice no suspension travel at all and need to pull out and take off with front Attachments. Let me know if you tried this on your OUTLANDER ITS GREAT ON FRONT OF MINE 06 500 Outlander. STAY WELL, GOD BLESS Dale
Nice Machine for sure, I would Keep an eye out for a Diesel Compact tractor with a Front loader and PTO and a Box Blade......Lots used equipment out there for less Money then New.....
Glad to see you worked out the structure thing, I was gonna say, there are SOO many options to get around the state code once you realize that sometimes you just have to "do what you know is right" even when its against the law technically. Since we all know laws are governed by robots LOL.
Wandering thyme and assorted sizes of clover will grow fairly quickly and help keep unwanted plant growth. The clover flower are sweet and the chickens will love it. The thyme is a natural health boost for chickens also. It’s also great for cooking. If you clear an area and nor sure what to do with it you may want to try something like that.
Just imagine what it would have been like 200 years ago. You definitely wouldn't have had so much accomplished. The place is looking great - and in just about 1½ years.
For 5000 you can buy an old real farm tractor, don't be afraid of a 1940-50 model. an old massy 36 or 65 or an old ford 8n or 9n WILL NEVER DIE, they are immortal and parts are cheap and readily available.
The cedar draws a lot of moisture to it that's why the invasive weeds and plants move in and take over. I wouldn't put a cedar there. But that's just me.
For chiggers, do a wipe down/brush down of your pants and your legs every 10-20 and you'll get a lot less. Now the seed ticks are another beast but as someone who lives in the same area I feel your pain. With Jeremiah, you don't want that near your apple trees anyway, cedar rust and all, so... later Jeremiah. Love the cutter, that's pretty cool.

Go to your front shocks and tighten the preload to help with the weight
Ah you guys were near us maybe here in Holden Beach NC . Enjoy your videos. 👍👍

Wow nice 👍
Stag Horn Sumac berries make a good spice, they also make a substitute for lemonade. Good Job
Nice work... be very careful around poison oak/ivy

Bro I think I seen yall at the outer banks a couple weeks ago for real
It's gonna be way easier next time since we know you won't let the brush grow that tall
Omg see ya
it will get rid of the trash plants and reset it to native turf and give nutrients back to the ground
Love how hard you all work.Might having missed .Did u plant blackberry bushes, raspberry or fruit trees?
I'm hoping I can get a track loader to do stuff like this.
Looks great! That new machine with the brush cutter attachment is a game changer! You are gettin' close to 50k subscribers! Kudos!
You should we go over it all cuz it will mulch it all and it will all go into the old ground and make good ground

Facts
Yes, our neighbor has several very old tractors and uses them daily.
Where would one find parts for a 59 mf 85?
Who wants to ride around on the 50’s model tractor?

Where I live in California, deer brush returns larger than it was, the deer don't use it. It a huge problem here.
Matt, what about stumps? That you can't see?

Just be thankful she thinks 2 inches is 4 inches...stay gold...😂😂😂
I have a question. I am looking at buying a Big Berkey. Are you still able to get filters for your Berkey and do you still like it?
I no I did same thing then I sold it and bought a brand new John Deere with a brush hog
Ya never regret good tools
Matt how do you like your atv overall performance? Been thinking about getting one .would like to hear your opinion on it .
Just curious are you guys gonna eventually remove the big stumps?
yah just need a few goats and some fencing
Did your waterfall dry up? Mine did. I’m located in pikeville. Not sure where yall are. But it looks like you are somewhere around here
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Why wouldn’t you graze your goats in that area? Just curious.
Matt seems to do all the work...I hope I don't get blocked for saying so.
❤
When I was in the service, tattoos were rare, unusual and interesting… now every cow shuffling around at Walmart has a few. Enough!
I’d just get a tractor
How much is a rammy? Never mind 5400
Way too much commentary... More work
