Great video. I don't do much beach fishing for Snook but I may start taking trips across just to try it. A word of advice, you might improve your hookups if you just come tight with those circle hooks instead of setting up on them.
That’s a killer beach. I’m over here in palm beach and if you want snook you need to be on the inside docks. But beach snook? Are you kidding me this looks awesome!
Kory love your channel… here’s how you can make it better in my opinion.. you have to talk about your tackle rod real line hook set up and when you’re not using or artificial… what are you using just trying to help I watch a lot of different videos when I wanna make you better thank you for another great video
Love the videos man! I’m in Fort Myers for a week and I’ve been trying to get some snook! Any recommendations for where to go along the beach? Or is anywhere good? Keep up the great content!!
Live bait fish works best but you can also use artificial lures during these warmer months they are more prone to eat earlier in the morning and later in the evenings but still very possible in the middle of the day with the right approach
I was killing them off shore last week and even during the big boat race. Mullet was what I was using. Dude they were stacked up. I caught 2 personal best in the same day. 36 and a 38 incher.
@@KorysFishingAdventures next time you fish with live bait, don't set the hook. Just reel til the line gets tight and you feel the fish. You'll get way more fish hooked up. Took me a long time to adapt to using a circle hook. Let me know how it goes.
@@KorysFishingAdventures I dont blame ya. I like setting the hook myself but after losing tons of fish I had to change it up. Just trying to help a fellow angler get more hook sets and those bigger fish that got away.
The beach is definitely not the capital for Snook not even close their are multiple hot spots around Fort Myers Beach that are loaded with Snook not only that but The pier mainly is the good place this time of year sometimes to get bait using a cast net however if you get caught throwing a cast net off the pier you will get a ticket.
Then why have we not been able to keep them for 2 years up here in Tampa just to help rebuild the population from the red tide caused by the pollution coming out of the Okeechobee? We must have better snook up here. We had almost no fish kill. Yall are starting to slip back into red tide now...
True, i have not kept a snook in over 3-4 years. I think our problem here in sw Florida compared to Tampa is that you are not affected by the water releases since you are further up north.
Vacation style fishing only 5 minutes from your home. You are the man. Double like!!!!
Awesome video west coast has great fishing from the shore. You don't even need a boat and your having a good time in the water and fishing.
This is the best content to wake up to lol
We're down in Fort Myers Beach now, caught my first snook within minutes of arriving and then 3 more shortly after! Your videos definitely helped! 🎣
That's awesome dude. Nice job. Gotta love those Penn spinning rods. They're perfect for that.

Awesome video Kory!! Do you free line the green backs on the beach, or use a weight? Or both, do you prefer one over the other? Enjoy ur videos bro!!!
The fish are very close to the shoreline so I do prefer to free-line
Great work, I’m curious, are you near lovers key on this? And what time of year? I never catch anything when I go. That’s awesome
Fort Myers Beach near the Lani kai
Wat to slay dude..Wow awesome day !!!
Well done. What month is this?
I believe Summer months May, June & July. Hottest Months of the Year

Anywhere along the beach this time of year is good. Just have to keep your eyes open close to the shorelines
I am going to fort myers late July. Can you tell me what baits to use and are you able to fish the beach during the day? Thank you

I’ll be down there at the end on July, does the fishing slow down a lot?? Great videos btw
Fishing in shallower water off the beaches do slow down a bit as the water temp heats up in the warmest months like July and August
Think I saw you in January either by the point or sanibel
I won’t be back down there til fall or next spring though sadly
Didnt you comment in my homeboys TikTok 😂?
You finding the greenbacks on the shoreline ?
Not quite on the shoreline. Between the trough and the sandbar

How is September?
They start moving off the beaches in September
Are you using circle hooks?
Yes. Small size one circle hooks

@@Jeremywalsh7 Okay. I’ve heard that before. Just like the feeling of setting a hook. But yes I lossed a lot because of it. Thanks!
