    " Special to Bursa - Lokum " In Turkiye, it's not called Turkish Deligh. Turkish Delight is Lokum 😊And there are hundreds of types of Lokum with different fillings as well as different textures i.e.some softer while others harder, some white colour some different, some walnuts , some rose , chocolate. It's like Kebab . Kebab is the Turkish word for BBQ. BBQ meat - fish, chicken, red meat - or vegetables. Döner is the BBQ where the stick is vertical and turning , while Cağ kebabı horizontal. There are hundreds types of Kebab but most people only know Döner overseas and call it Kebab. In Turkiye , no one calls it Kebab because everyone knows if they say Döner, it means turning vertically and cooking on vertically lined charcoal.

    Be aware of those taxi driver who suddenly want to take an ekstra passenger. You are alone with bunch of crimnal and never open your purse in presenens of anyone in taxi.The new passenger takes your money and run away.Driver play innocent in the whole scam.
