Awesome! That's a great run! I just finished collecting the complete Superman run from the 80s relaunch through the return of Superman. I've never read the complete run, so that meant a lot to me.
I have an old Batman book much like that Cap one you have. Its a story about Gordon being kidnapped by Joker and trapped in a carnival. The art is fantastic. That's so funny how your childhood mirrors mine. I remember having my parents take some books I bought back to the store because they deemed them inappropriate. I wasn't allowed to watch Power Rangers or anything with live action fighting.
Nice! I'm trying to remember if I read that Batman book, too. I'm sure there are a few others who grew up with overprotective parents. Ya gotta love em! Lol

Great Video. Inspired me to dig out graphic novels and my old Spiderman comics I never read. Seems we had polar opposite upbringings in terms of your mother censoring the comics etc... I watch Terminator and Alien and Predator when I was around 10 or 11 lol.. For better or for worse I grew up on movies I had to be near double my age to watch >
