My Neighbor, Charles Ep 152
- Tam Cevzet who is 25 years old is from Korea’s brother country, Turkey. He plays the “haegeum!” He came to Korea to study engineering 6 years ago and ended up falling in love with the Korean traditional music! Check out Cevzet’s love for the haegeum!

Yabancı bir ülkede yaşamak bile çok zorken cevdet abi oraya ait bir enstürmanı çalmayı öğrenmiş bence bu çok büyük bir başarı. Müziğindeki türk ve kore geleneksel ezgilerini de duymak çok hoşuma gitti. Başarılarının devamını diliyorum abi 😊😊 fighting!!
It really is interesting seeing how different people pick up languages, we've seen people on the show who have lived here for a decade or so but can barely manage to speak Korean and here we have people who have lived here for like less than a decade and can hold a conversation on their own
Music and languages use the same side of the brain.
I have so much respect for this guy. He chose to do what he loves enthough his parents wanted to push him in an other direction. I now from my own experience that it's very hard to follow your dreems when your parents don't support you.
I hope he achieves many good things in the future! A formidable gentleman with a heart of gold.

So proud of him working hard as a musician and composer, its not easy to make it on your own like this, let alone in a different country! Also know those feels of strings snapping, my viola string broke when I played the first few notes of an opera on opening night... Like Tam you just have to be professional, the show must go on and you gotta improvise with what you got!!!! props to him!

ok but considering compared to many korean haegeum players who have been playing for years he's genuinely just picked up one of the most difficult instruments he could play for a beginner, so he's doing pretty damn well

he's an eclectic musician that can play many instruments as well as a composer, he'll survive for sure ^_^

Bullshit you can find most shades if you go to a big department store....!! Its all about knowing where to go, in this case its the makeup artist that is out of line and not the availability of a product..!
