I absolutely love Josh’s interviews with Chris. Always so much fun and interesting. I feel like Chris is comfortable with him so he’s more open to the questions. 💙
No, don't cancel your therapy sessions people, I'm sure Chris had so much therapy to be able to handle anxiety like that. He's absolutely right, but it takes patience :)
Oh My God you're so right, therapy help so much and that thing he said about considering yourself more than your pain and anxiety is so important, with the years i find myself thinking like that but i think it is because i did therapy for my depression years ago so i learned that things come and go and it will be okay eventually.
It's so wonderful to see Chris here looking so much more comfortable than he did earlier in his career. As someone who also struggles with anxiety daily, little things like this give me hope that it can get be overcome.

I only watch Josh’s interviews now - everyone else is so annoying when they interview the MCU actors, especially the morning shows and the late night TV hosts. This is another great chat. Thank you!!
Wow I cannot thank Chris enough for such an inspiring and genuine explanation on how to handle the fears and anxieties that come from “big” ( and even not so big) moments in life!!!
