You cannot even ignore the anxiety because dealing with anxiety is just like facing your fear and for boredom is the only way to fight against anxiety and they do disappear. Boredom is the steady of memory or mind to make the anxiety or depression disappear.

Such inspirations for men’s mental health. I wish so many other people weren’t ignorant to men’s mental health issues… it would have saved a lot of my fellow men. One of the people in my college committed suicide during the pandemic… I couldn’t save him. I didn’t know him… but it could have been me… it almost was… I really want men’s mental health month to be a bigger deal than the new drake album. But in the mean time imma keep focusing on helping myself so I can help the world better without saying gamer words online to get attention :) - Some guy without a mustache
@@GING173 Having a month as never changed anyone's life. And I'm not inspired by millionaires. I feel relieved when celebrities commit suicide, I feel more connected to that idea. Nothing positive will ever be done about mental health. Evans calling people idiots for not sharing his opinions is very disappointing and discredits anything he says imo.

Josh really sort of grew up as an interviewer in the Marvel Universe. He just gets better and better. God love Chris he just stays the course. No ego there. He's just and extremely talented fan boy.

As someone with a few acute chronic Anxiety disorders, Chris Evans and Sebastian Stan are both such huge role models to me. I hope one day I can be as brave as they are every day!

When people worship famous people, they automatically give them all superior qualities that no human can live up to (until they meet them in person) And many of these famous people live in a wealth bubble that is vastly different from the average citizen. They don't care about inflation, high gas prices, food shortages, high crime and such. Those issues don't affect them, so they come up with their own virtue signaling causes.
Josh is one of the best junket interviewers out there.

He says a lot of things you learn in cognitive behavioral therapy - it’s nice he’s sharing it with people who might not think it’ll help. It does!
Oh My God you're so right, therapy help so much and that thing he said about considering yourself more than your pain and anxiety is so important, with the years i find myself thinking like that but i think it is because i did therapy for my depression years ago so i learned that things come and go and it will be okay eventually.

We NEED to see that Little Shop of Horrors audition tape! And it would be nice to see Johnny Storm again. On a separate note, what Chris said about anxiety is so relatable and so wise - I love it when interviews go deep like that and help to break the stigma on mental health issues.

It's so wonderful to see Chris here looking so much more comfortable than he did earlier in his career. As someone who also struggles with anxiety daily, little things like this give me hope that it can get be overcome.
I like that the interviwer found things to speak off that was interesting to chris to respond to. His likes, interests and personal experiences. It wasn't repetative.

Josh Horowitz, thank you for creating an environment of respect and trust where Chris could feel open to speaking thoughtfully. The ease in this interview is - dare I say it - *lightyears* ahead of any other sit-down. (Sorry, you can't compete with puppies. 😉)
Chris should post his audition. "Someone" leaked the footage that was made for Deadpool and it turned out good.
Speaking of "Avengers Assemble" Chris obviously did the line a lot himself, but one of my favorite bloopers from I believe Avengers: AoU, was Scarlett taking the "Assemble" and jumping in front of the camera.. She and Nat are such strong women, and I like to believe that Steve would, in some universe with their Avengers team, let Natasha have one saying of that line, since she had lead the Avengers though IW to the start of Endgame.. Love Chris Evans, ScarJo, and all the Avengers!🌈Can't wait to see where all of these names show up next!

This was a great interview! It just reinforces how much I like Chris Evans. He always has the right words and I really feel like I can relate with him. I may have Iron Man in my profile but Cap is my favorite Marvel character and I look up to him. The fact he was talking about how he was happy about Hayley Atwell being Captain Carter was so cool to me too since she’s also one of my favorites.

Chris Evans is a highly intelligent, artuculate person. He loves to talk, expressed his thoughts, opinions, ideas and experiences. Interviews, questions that is unusual also with substance, something that will make him think and expressed more. Makes him engaged more... I enjoy watching all of his interviews. Makes me adore him more. ♥️
