I HAVE TO SAY IT. Part of This man’s message is complete WRONG. Most Anxiety and depression is brought on by poor lifestyle choices, fact. You cannot eat and drink whatever you want and expect your body to function properly. I can just look at this minister and tell that he has a very very unhealthy diet and doesn’t exercise at all. If you are having panic attacks, start exercising and get your diet in order. Get all the SUGARs and carbs out of your life and exercise everyday until you are completely exhausted and then see what changes…. You want a healing from God to fix something that you are inflicting on yourself???? That doesn’t make since!!! Don’t expect God to help you lose weight and eat healthy…. Get off the couch and take your healing and God will take care of the rest. DIET DIET DIET, exercise exercise exercise, that is the your healing ❤️🩹

You cannot eat and drink whatever you want and expect your body to function properly. I can just look at this minister and tell that he has a very very unhealthy diet and doesn’t exercise at all. If you are having panic attacks, start exercising and get your diet in order. Get all the SUGARs and carbs out of your life and exercise everyday until you are completely exhausted and then see what changes…. You want a healing from God to fix something that you are inflicting on yourself???? That doesn’t make since!!! Don’t expect God to help you lose weight and eat healthy…. Get off the couch and take your healing and God will take care of the rest. DIET DIET DIET, exercise exercise exercise, that is the your healing ❤️🩹
