Michigan has a lot of cheap or easy low maintenance places to live, but there is also expensive places to live. New York is crazy especially a 1 bedroom studio 560sq ft and pay almost 2k month! 🥜

You are definitely correct about Michigan being overall cheaper than New York, but the city in Michigan that I currently reside is just as overly expensive 😔. One thing that people from Michigan know is that they are tax thief’s.
I live in California...LA and San Francisco (or the Bay Area) is expensive. Mostly people who live in LA or the Bay Area move to the Central Valley. I used to live in the Bay oh how I miss it.
