Because whoever defeats or takes a point from Bayern has been hit by a series of misfortune in the following games. We call it Bayern Fluch (Bayern curse). Same thing happened to them last year. They don't seem to learn. Also Bremen held Bayern to a draw and went on for another 7 games without a win. The previous season teams like Frankfurt, Herther Berlin and Gladbach went to the bottom of the table after winning against Bayern. Exceptions have been only Leipzig and Dortmund even though they also experienced some form of weakness after big fights against Bayern. The answer is simple; it costs a lot of energy to take a point from FCB. This energy is almost irreplaceable for many teams in the next 4 to 8 weeks.
We have the same thing in Poland - Gornik and Jagiellonia beaten leader Legia and in few next games they couldnt win with weak oponents from the lower part of the table.
