Arachnoform is a good add. I don't think that spider decks have enough support for it to be a good tribal deck; especially in commander decks. Bloomburrow is coming out next week, it has a lot of support for spiders!
@@Gabbazwerg I’m going to use squirrels and cards like “Conepiracy” and “maskwood Nexus” to effectively add more spiders (even thought they are squirrels)
Some nice additions i havent seen included in many Shelob decks. Looks interesting! I dont really get why you say "Rise of the Witch-King would be bad cause its a go-wide deck". When you have Curse of the Clinging Webs and/or something like Arachnogenesis in your decks, being able to just get rid of a 1/2 spider token or 1/1 squirrel token seems like a no-brainer to make ALL your opponents have to sac a potentially big threat, and then you get to bring back a big threat. But I suppose if you already have enough removal and have to cut the worst, it is what it is. Also it's your channel, so do what you will, but as a viewer it would be a much more enjoyable quality of life / viewing experience if you just had the camera focused on the table, and put the cards on the table, so the cards you are showing wouldnt be shaking the whole time, going in and out of focus, with your fingers over portions of the text. Personally i would have preferred if you took a little more time explaining, instead of rushing to get the video done in 10 minutes, but if thats an algorithm thing, then i understand you gotta do what you gotta do. Finally, it was confusing hearing you mention that the deck was made on a 50$ budget, and that if it exceeded that budget it was because of cards you already had. It sounded like you were making an apology or justifying why it was going over, but as a viewer that doesnt impact me as something that matters becuase i dont have context, which maybe would make more sense if i watched your previous video first, or maybe your play group is sticking to a certain price range / power level? I enjoyed the video, just wanted to add a couple points of criticism from a viewer perspective that you can potentially take and use to improve the format, or take with a grain of salt! Hope i didnt sound like too much of an ass. Either way, cheers, was a fun watch.
First off let me say thank you for watching the whole video and commenting! I probably should’ve been more clear on why I was stressing but I have many decks that are “well-rounded”. The squirrels have always been a favorite of mine and my friends. I wanted to devote as many slots as possible to making the most tokens. Even at the expense of the deck winning and being 1 dimensional. For this deck, I’d rather have put a token generator or pump card instead. For the second critique, you’re 100% right. I wanted to give a feel of “you’re with me making it” even in chaos. Sounds like it may have been a bit too chaotic. I will rest the cards on the mat in futures videos of this kind. I included the disclaimer because sometimes people comment on my videos with critiques of things I addressed at beginning of video. My delivery could’ve been better it seems. Lastly, I’d love to longer videos! I could talk decks all day. I have noticed if my video is under a certain time it seems to get more views.
@@magicbrospodcast7717 Yeah thats all completely reasonable. I suppose as a relatively new commander playing trying to suck up all the info possible on Shelob decks, i was inserting my own bias, but i get where you are coming from. I think the "you're with me making it" feel is actually a great idea now that you explain it, and theres probably a nice middle ground you can find there where it has the feel, but the legibility from the viewer doesnt suffer from it. If that works for you and your community, then dont ruin a good thing!
Sweet deck dude! Keep up the solid work!
Thanks man! I’ll have a video soon with upgrades.

@@Artof_vrose yep! That’s the plan. I’ll have a new deck vid soon 👀
Which cards do you mean?
Do you have more detailed information?
