I’d say this last season was underrated too 22/23. He’s always been elite, even if injured he comes back at a high level and performs, very rare to see
At first he was only known for dribbling and skills, but now he's also known fpr creating wonderful chances with surreal passes, God!!! His eyes are ike an eagle when giving lofted passes, and he does that consistenly. JUST GIVE HIM A BALLON D'OR ALREADY, although even that can't measure his brilliance
He was so good this season man...He is like a shadow of that Neymar currently.. Hopefully he improves as the season continues

@@2GOT435 Neymar is a FAR better finisher than Ronaldinho. Neymar is also more explosive and better at taking multiple player on at the same time. Ronaldinho was a better playmaker and had a better first touch. He also used to do a lot of fancy unnecessary flicks and tricks that appealed to teenagers on RUclips... Overall I'd say never is the better talent.

The amount of chances created is insane. PSG players got a problem on that first touch, so many chances that could’ve been made. His IQ to put the final pass is insane. Always loved his playstyle, even more as he aged as he released the ball more. Inspired me to play like him with the cuts he does and playing as a CAM and knowing when and where to place the ball for runs. I take joy in watching and doing it on the pitch. I’m clearly not as good as neymar I’m just saying his playstyle inspires me. It’s a joy to watch. This style of player is gonna be rare to see in the years to come. No one plays like this anymore cuz of modern tactics

Sadly Neymar and Messi are both past their prime. Neymar specially, I think he has become lazy. He has completely let himself go, he's not as explosive as before, his finishing has worsened and he rarely plays passes like he used to 2-3 years ago. The Parallels between Neymar and Hazard careers are incredibly similar both were injury free before changing clubs.....both have incredible similarities in dribbling styles excluding showboating.....and most importantly both think the other is better than the other...they don't deserve all these disgusting tackles they receive from defenders without protection

Neymar is natural in terms of skills or ball dominance. CR7, for instance, is not natural. Neymar is effortless, CR7 uses effort , practices, programs etc... CR7 has accomplished more in football, but his skills are far from looking natural like Neymar's and others! I do not care about statistics, I care about the beautiful football. I care about the magic , the art, the uncommon thing! Specially when they are well combined with a goal!
