Concord grape sorbet

If you find yourself with lots of Concord grapes, this sorbet is a lovely way to enjoy them - it has a little more work than some sorbets since you need to remove the seeds, but it's easy enough and the result is a lovely sorbet with an aromatic flavor and bright color.
