💎 Here’s the deal. More than ever music is a long term game. When music is released it goes onto streaming platforms and very few sales are generated upon the release. So if the track/s or albums are popular, an artist would see funds start trickling in over the years. If they aren’t popular…well, it’s just an expense and an offering to the universe.
💸A typical album on the low end costs around $10,000. And I want to do 2! So I’m looking to raise $20,000 and really dive into recording this summer and fall. I also have to take time away from my regular income of touring and mentoring to record these albums.
