Selling naked strangle works like slow poison. You may gain slowly but when any news or any circuit related issue comes , you will eventually loss everything. Dont short naked put! ! ! SL only works on intraday basis! What about overnight risk?

Let's say there was news regarding stock and you carried the full sold quantity, the next day it could blow your account.

All very good. It requires one month of steep trend either way to have huge losses. You are also playing with big number of lots. What if reliance drops 200 points first one week. Mtm losses will be HUGE. what is your solution dear sir.

sir strangle meh daily MTM swing bahut jyada hota hai..... so if u put SL for overall loss it will get triggered easily...... though u can get even 4% return a month but the whole MTM swing will kill u....

I dont get what u say , but if you do selling wihout hedging you are misleading public, guys selling option is not a hit and run business , if u do business witout protection like hedges or being carlessly monitoring position with alerts , it simply devastating in lng run , i can say many more moments , nifty at 18 apr, gone from 5 rs to 300 rs in 3 seconds at 1.25 and 2 Feb , sensex option 72700 CE gone from 50 rs to 350 in less than 6 seconds , So if you are doing selling what ever view one may have always have the hedges for protection, otherwise you will lose

BEWARE - This isn't a good strategy... In stocks never trade in options specially overnight. First there is very less liquidity in stock options and a stock and gap down or gap up easily utpo more than 10 %.

This trade will fail in case of huge volatility. Remember u can have small wins every month but one volatile trade will wipe ur capital.. Don't copy paste the trade.
