Changing the Valve Cover Gasket and Spark Plugs on My Toyota Matrix 1.8l engine | The Fixit Shed

I started seeing oil spots on the ground under the Matrix, so after looking into it, it looks like the valve cover gasket needs to be replaced. I'll change the spark plugs while I am in there too.

Thankfully my high mileage Matrix already had this done including a new serpentine belt before I bought it!
So nice not leaving a mark every where I park! LOL.

Good to see you on here again . I need to do the same job on my old Granada here in the uk. Two gaskets because of the V engine . Are you still riding your Rebel 250. Mine is still riding fine . I wonder if sometime you could video a valve adjustment on that bike . I have never done mine but feel I should even though they seem quiet enough . Best wishes from Thomas (Manchester UK)
