    I kept the ice on one spot for about 20m 😂 because when I was moving the ice around I feel like it was not doing anything. Then when I had it on for 20m I seen it gone down so much. Like I have a bad pimple. It’s hard. It looks nasty. I have a hard time leaving it alone. But the ice helped so much and I hardly can tell there is a pimple there now. Tell I look at it. But it’s getting so much better. Probably when it’s smaller I won’t keep the ice on for 20m hopefully it dose something.

    • @CorrectiveSkincare
      @CorrectiveSkincare  4 года назад +10

      Yes! Aside from the fact that it reduces redness and inflammation, it's also a natural exfoliant- it's superficially burns the surface skin (like freezer burn in a way) so Whatever product you put on next will penetrate deeper. Your moisturizer will work better! Another thing, when you put meat in the freezer, it preserves...So icing your skin is also an anti-aging trick.

      1-2 times a day I prefer one, but if you choose to do it twice do it in the morning and then at night. Haqeeq King the average adult has 20,000 pores on their face, it is essential as it’s the way for the skin to breathe. Some pores will be more ‘visible’ then others, if you are struggling with break outs, the number one item you need is salicylic acid(BHA), either in your cleanser or in a chemical exfoliator. salicylic acid will help lift dirt and sebum out of the pore. Your skincare routine should consist of a cleanser, a cleansing balm/oil/micellar water (if you wear makeup), serum, vit c is very good for evening tone( the best one to get is with the ingredient L-ascorbic acid, which is the best form of vit c), moisturizer and finally most importantly you should put on spf daily, at least 35+ and upwards. Always do a patch test before putting on your face to make sure you don’t get a bad reaction, don’t pop you pimples as this will leave permanent scarring, or enlarge the pores. I recommend Dead Klairs products, they are a bit expensive but have good quality ingredients, especially for those with more sensitive skin. Hope this helped.

      Hi! Directly on your skin as long as you *KEEP THE ICE MOVING*, do not hold in one spot for a long period of time. Thanks!

    How long should i ice my face? I only do it for 30 seconds. Plus, do i necessarily have to apply anything to my face after?

    • @CorrectiveSkincare
      @CorrectiveSkincare  8 месяцев назад

      30 secs is fine as long as the ice is moving! Nothing you NEED to apply after, only if you want to...it will penetrate deeper if you ice first.

      @@CorrectiveSkincare Okay, thank you! Though, can I go further? Like... 5 minutes? I feel like 30 seconds doesn't do much to my acne. I've been doing it for weeks - not yet a month - and I don't notice significant changes. Or is it too long, bad?

  • @Caffreemeen13

    Hi! Should I cover the ice with a cloth before placing it on my face (because I heard it could break the delicate capillary under the skin if used directly) or is it okay to use the ice directly as long as I move it and not hold it on one place? And how long should I do it? I hope you could respond. :)

    • @JenniferKramer1
      @JenniferKramer1 5 лет назад +7

      Hi Al-ameen! You can put the ice directly on the skin as long as you do not hold it in any one spot for a long period of time, Ice can burn just like heat. You can roll it over once or you can use up the entire cube.. It doesn't matter as long as it's moving. Thank you for asking!

    • @CorrectiveSkincare
      @CorrectiveSkincare  5 лет назад

      Everyone is going to have a different opinion so this is not fact, only opinion. If you ice AFTER putting serum on, you'll dilute the serum and render it less effective. PLUS. Ice is a natural exfoliant so if you ice first, then your serum will penetrate better after. Hope that helps!
