Ice you forgot about the fire power. Like almost all Ak except Aks have medium fire power which affects the weapon damage. Most AR have high fire power then Aug have only the super high damage stats which makes different because Aug makes 556 deal a bit more damage compared to any AR that usess 556. (Can you confirm this?)
Yes, the lower your ergonomics the slower you ADS, in that case if you have a sniper rifle with x20 scope, you better bring a cup of tea because you're gonna wait for a while before it's finally zoom in Edit: x20 scope reduce a lot of ergonomics, it's better to use x3 scope
