3rd Solar Plexus (Manipura, Solar Plexus) Chakra
This chakra is located on the inner wall of the spine behind the navel.

Our stomach, large intestine, liver, pancreas, etc. are involved.

When the energy of this chakra is weak, we can experience emotional turmoil that we cannot control ourselves as we are critical and have an increased need for recognition, anxiety that is short of breath due to a fast heart, and we are anxious, lonely and lethargic.
When you are depressed, lethargic, or have digestive problems, focusing on this chakra can help.
Conversely, if it is excessive, it can become obsessive, possessive, demanding perfection from others, and become stubborn.
That is why balance is always important for all chakras in our body.
When the manipura chakra is in balance, you will live a life of full sensibility without being swayed by emotions in the respect of yourself and others.
