A hospital like no other - new Royal Adelaide Hospital

For the first time, South Australians have the opportunity to take a virtual tour of the new Royal Adelaide Hospital following the release of a brand new computer generated fly-through.

Designed by architects Silver Thomas Hanley and DesignInc (as SthDI) in partnership with Hansen Yuncken and Leighton Contractors Joint Venture, the 3 ½ minute video demonstrates a journey through the hospital's patient bedrooms, clinical spaces and common areas so they can experience the unique design features.

What a shame the public never ever got to see it as a nice new building. I'm sure the green cladding on it would have faded in the sun a bit over the past two years and the air conditioning vents would have blown noticeable amounts of dust across the ceiling by now.

biggest financial fiasko in Adelaide since the "one way highway"..this hospital has been costing us the tax payers 180 000 every single day even though its not even open ...what a JOKE !
