Hey dear I submitted my video introduction in January and was waiting for a response for 8month, but it still said assessment in progress. so, i contacted Etihad twice once in June and august. the second time they didn't respond so i just applied with another account bc its 6month passed. then now i got invitation for the video introduction on the new application. if i respond would my first application be disqualified? would the second application take long as the first one? any tips?

Meanwhile my email address mentioned in the application, was blocked due to some glitch. When it was solved, I was able to receive all emails. Just 2 days back I received a reminder email from Etihad asking me to click on the link of the previous email and complete the video assessment test. Unfortunately, the first email was missed out. Since there is no email address mentioned in candidate page or in the official website, I have not being able to get hold of them, as the mails I have received instructs not to reply in the particular email. Is there any chance I can get to them?
Minimum age is 21 years old. I’d recommend to start preparing yourself from now. You should know minimum requirements, whatever you lack, start working on yourself and improve it. Hellooo Ahmed!, My name is Yousef and I’m from Bahrain. I appreciate the efforts you’re putting in to help people who are in need. I have sent my cv to etihad’s recruitment team and they were interested in me and requested a Video Assessment. The assessment contained 3 questions with each having its own instructions. For the second and third video, I was instructed to stand infront of the camera showing my full body in frame but because of my excitement, I overlooked the instructions. Regardless, I still nailed the 3 questions answering them in perfection. So, do you think that I will be rejected solely because I forgot to stand infront of the camera? I have contacted the recruitment team about it and apologized tremendously. I’m freaking out here, this is my dream job in my dream airline. Hopes to get a reply from you 🥲🤍
Hello Yousef, I hope you’re ok 👍 & regarding your concern, not following the instructions is a big deal in aviation as it shows how understandable or committed to the procedure. However you sending an email recognizing your mistake ( we are human beings we do mistake ), apologizing & willing to learn from it for improvement, this is something they do appreciate the most as it shows how passionate towards what you doing. I hope it works well and you get a positive reply. From my end, if I were in their shoes I’d consider you straight away. Regardless, don’t you ever put high expectations in anything in life, as it might affect you in a negative way. I see that you have a strong potential and I have no doubt that you’ll be cabin crew in the near future. I wish you a good luck. Stay positive

hey thanx for the great video...did they ask you to speak on a random topic for a min?
It could be one of the questions. When I applied in 2019, they give me 3 topics, I can choose only one topic to talk about.

Yes. If you’re not vaccinated, they will do it for you. It’s Mandatory as you can’t enter some countries if you’re not vaccinated
