I need to learn how to meditate. I never seem to find an answer of exactly how to do it nor do I know if I'm doing it correctly. Everyone seems to have a video of how it's done yet the best I've gotten so far is starting to get sleepy lol.

Let the thoughts pass (I release that... whatever you are hearing rambling in your head), and focus on your breath. Inhale- your stomach pushes it exhale- stomach pulls in. It's been working for me. And try stretching before you start too that helps relax your body. In time you will see the light.. literally 💫!!!

Where did that come from and how long ago did I lose track of my breathing? So back to breathing focus I went. I know that's definitely something that's going to happen for awhile. Its weird sounding my family hates when I do it. for silent meditation breathwork I do Wim Hoffs method of breathing. I feel more endorphin release with Wim Hoff. I'll do this while listening to Hemi sync or binaural beats while laying flat. I've found sitting up gives me more awareness to the changes in my body and helps slow my heart rate down
